Rebekah Bennett, MSW, LMSW

Rebekah is a compassionate therapist with over six years of experience supporting adolescents, teens, and families in both home and school settings. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Family Studies from the University of North Alabama and her Master of Social Work from the University of Tennessee. Rebekah is currently working toward her Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in Mississippi and is practicing under clinical supervision.

Rebekah has experience helping individuals navigate challenges such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, family stress, and trauma. She takes a person-centered and holistic approach to therapy, meeting clients where they are and tailoring treatment to their unique needs. Her therapeutic style integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, play therapy, and art therapy, creating a supportive and engaging space for growth and healing.

Rebekah believes that meaningful change happens when all areas of a person’s life are considered. She is passionate about helping clients break through barriers, build resilience, and move toward living their fullest and most authentic lives.

Outside of the therapy room, Rebekah enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, cooking, crafting, reading, and being outdoors.
