Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is a neurodevelopmental condition that impacts over 300 million people worldwide. This workshop aims to provide parents, partners, caregivers and individuals recently diagnosed with ADHD with knowledge, tools and strategies they can use to create a more harmonious relationship, improve academic, social and emotional skills, and build a stronger sense of self esteem.

Participants will…

*Gain a comprehensive understanding as to what ADHD is and how it impacts information processing, communication and emotional expression.

*Discuss various treatment options that can positively impact symptoms of ADHD.

*Learn strategies for strengthening self esteem, socially attractive responses, and establishing daily routines to support success.
