As a clinician shaped by lived experience in a society structured by apartheid, I hold a deep, personal understanding of how systemic oppression affects mental and emotional well-being. My work is grounded in a social justice framework that recognizes how oppressive systems can erode autonomy, leaving individuals feeling powerless, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves. I believe meaningful healing must name these forces while supporting clients in reclaiming agency and choice in their lives.
My practice is inclusive, affirming, and trauma-informed, offering a nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore their experiences. Whether you are navigating systemic injustice, processing past trauma, or engaging in self-discovery, I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion, cultural humility, and a deep trust in your resilience. Together, we will work to untangle inherited and internalized narratives that no longer serve you, cultivate authenticity, and move toward a life rooted in purpose, self-determination, and dignity.
