Carrie is a licensed clinical professional counselor and supervisor in Illinois, Mississippi, and Tennessee, with over 30 years of experience in guiding individuals, teams, and communities toward impactful change.

An expert in EMDR therapy, mindfulness, ego state therapy, addiction, and trauma treatment, Carrie has presented at conferences and professional development events across the country. Carrie also develops essential resources for professionals who work with first responders, trauma, and healthcare leadership.
Carrie’s leadership in the field includes serving on the board of directors for the EMDR International Association (2012-2016) and currently serving on the Tennessee First Responder Foundation as secretary.
