Kristena Partridge

Kristena is a highly skilled, compassionate, empathetic, and solutions-oriented licensed social worker. She received her MSW from Aurora University in 2021 and has since relocated back to her hometown of Memphis, TN. Kristena enjoys working with individuals to improve their relationships and better their lives all around.

She has experience with CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, person-centered and solution focused therapy, along with other methods that have proven to be effective. She has worked with a myriad of issues such as anxiety and depression, trauma, family issues, and low self-esteem. She has also worked with adolescents with emotional and behavioral disturbances and behavioral issues, along with children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

When she isn’t working, Kristena enjoys spending time with her friends and family, traveling to new places, playing with her dog, and being active in her community
