Hope Enrichment Center (HEC) offers a two year program for pre-licensed therapists that includes onsite supervision and mentoring as well as FREE training in the areas of EMDR Therapy, Ego State Therapy, Mindfulness, Neurobiological Impact of Trauma, Play Therapy, and ethics as a part of a two (2) year program to build clinical skills and counseling competency. Clinicians will also be afforded reduced rates to participate in HEC-sponsored advanced trainings and conferences. HEC will provide supervision onsite and mentoring to develop clinical and leadership skills.
We are looking to add clinicians who are interested in specializing in the treatment of trauma/PTSD, addictions, children (play therapy), family/couples, and/or anxiety disorders. The ideal candidates would enjoy working as a solid team player, be dedicated to the art of psychotherapy, and embody a holistic approach to health and wellness.
Our practice is dedicated to the overall health and well-being of our clientele. We provide our clinicians with group supervision, one-on-one monthly consultation, full-service billing and collections, part-time front desk reception, and office space 7 days a week. Each therapist is allowed the freedom to maintain their own schedule. We provide marketing and leadership training for our staff to ensure the highest possible level of referrals. We also contribute to clinicians' clientele through referrals that contact the practice at large.
The starting hourly rate is between $35-45 USD per clinical hour for pre-licensed clinicians.
Fully licensed clinicians are offered the opportunity to be compensated as a commission-based 1099 consultant or a W4 employee with a competitive hourly rate based on location and experience. Clinicians are compensated at a rate of USD $20 per hour for networking and administrative duties. The average work week is 25+ clinical hours per week for full-time and 15+ clinical hours per week for part-time; 1 hour of networking per week; and around 1-2 hours per week of administrative duties.
