PhD, LPC-Temp
Temporary Licensed Professional Counselor (P-LPC applied for)

Hello! I am a provisionally licensed counselor and earned my Masters degree in Louisiana from McNeese State University and have also earned a PhD from the University of Memphis. My goal is to create a space where you can feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported on this journey.

I have experience working with a variety of people and backgrounds. I specialize in trauma, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, OCD, and many other areas from a compassionate viewpoint. Trained in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), brainspotting, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Gottman level 1, and polyvagal theory, I am able to modify and individualize treatment to your specific needs. I use a person-centered approach to help you explore and change as we work on anything you are seeking to shift in your life.

I work with adults, adolescents, and couples.

My style is characterized by empathy, active listening, and commitment to personalized care. I interweave IFS seamlessly into our work, recognizing and embracing the various aspects within you. I look forward to helping you in this journey of growth and becoming.
