Grayce is a Licensed Master’s Social Worker currently receiving supervision for clinical social work licensure. She holds a Bachelor of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, as well as a Master of Social Work, all from the University of Memphis. With experience working with children, adolescents, and families, Grayce specializes in supporting those navigating ADHD, Autism, Anxiety, Trauma, and other emotional and behavioral challenges.
Grayce takes a holistic, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive approach to therapy.
She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and play therapy techniques to help young clients build emotional regulation skills, resilience, and self-awareness. Recognizing the importance of family dynamics, she facilitates a collaborative approach with parents, providing guidance and tools to strengthen relationships and promote lasting growth. Grayce is dedicated to creating a safe and supportive space where children and adolescents can develop confidence, process their experiences, and grow.
