Giselle is a first-generation Latina and licensed social worker committed to providing culturally sensitive, inclusive care that honors each individual's unique background, values, and lived experiences. She specializes in working with adolescents, young adults, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and going through life transitions. She has gained experience in college and community mental health settings, providing care at a PHP/IOP and on an outpatient basis.
Her approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practices, creating a safe and non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. She utilizes a blend of therapeutic approaches, drawing from a range of styles and techniques to tailor each session to what best supports the unique needs of each client. Giselle believes that healing is a journey, and is committed to walking alongside her clients as they develop coping skills, build resilience, and foster meaningful change.
