Erica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC). Her areas of clinical focus include but are not limited to anxiety, mood disorders, life adjustments/transitions, and substance use concerns. She believes each individual’s story is unique and each conversation provides a chance to navigate through life’s obstacles. Using a combination of insight, support, and humor, Erica is able to foster a collaborative relationship with her clients to assist them in gaining a better understanding of their own inner voice.

Erica has over 10 years of clinical experience working with populations across the lifespan addressing the behavioral and emotional concerns of those served. Some of her experiences include providing individual and group counseling to youth and adults, implementing Youth Prevention Education programs in local school districts, offering psychoeducation to youth and young adults in need of anger management skills and drug and alcohol education, and facilitating parenting support groups.

Erica is grateful to be a part of Hope Enrichment Center, a place where strong bonds are formed and relationships are nurtured. It is within HEC’s distinctive holistic environment that she believes clients have rich opportunities for healthy self expression. Erica fondly regards her work at HEC as not only a place for change for her clients, but also as a place for her own personal and professional growth.
