She has worked with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, assisting them in addressing conflict, school issues, emotional and physical abuse, depression, anxiety, life transitions, substance abuse, and chronic mental illness as both an individual and group therapist.
Amy believes people have amazing potential for making significant and often necessary life changes. Her compassionate yet candid therapeutic style fosters growth within a safe and secure therapeutic alliance. She also feels that her role as a counselor is to constantly grow and learn to effectively meet the needs of her clients.
