Abby completed her Master’s in Counselor Education from the University of Mississippi in 2021. She is a licensed professional counselor and a national certified counselor. Abby has extensive experience working with children, including those with disabilities, adolescents, and early adults. She has experience working with those who have anxiety, depression, attention deficit disorders, family divorce issues, autism, and helping people cope with life transitions.
Abby believes that building a solid therapeutic relationship and creating a safe environment is crucial in counseling.
She also appreciates the importance of psychoeducation and unconditional positive regard. Apart from work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and family, watching sports, and binge-watching movies.
