Abby graduated from Ole Miss with a Psychology degree. Abby received her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans and is currently a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor.
Abby is passionate about helping others. She believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where her clients can feel supported as they work towards personal growth and healing.
She has experience working with individuals with anxiety, depression, grief, and dysfunctional family systems.
In Abby’s spare time she enjoys traveling, practicing yoga, spending time with family and her Yorkie named Bee.
