Licensed Professional Counselor

There comes a time when we realize that friends and family can’t be our only outlet. We’ve purchased books, read articles, listened to motivational speakers – we’ve exhausted ourselves searching for answers. You might have been thinking about therapy for awhile but found it hard to get started. You no longer want to do this alone. You want to know where to go from here.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who sees our work together as a sacred and collaborative experience. I view my role as a guide to you on your path toward wholeness and self-empowerment. I work with teenagers, college students and adults, using holistic, evidence-based interventions aimed at sustaining recovery long after therapy has ended. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, grief, low self-esteem, life transitions and women’s issues. I have experience with the 12-Step Programs and a background in the arts. I also work with gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, and non-binary folks.

I hold a safe and affirming place for people from all backgrounds to feel seen and understood. I am available Mon. and Fri. mornings and evenings and Tues. morning & evening for telehealth clients.
