Carolyn is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who draws upon a wide array of therapeutic modalities when working with clients, as she believes in tailoring her approach to each individual client. Carolyn has experience working with children ages 9+, adolescents, and adults in the following treatment settings: residential living facilities, schools, community agencies, and private practice. She has helped clients address and overcome a broad range of concerns such as anxiety, mood disorders, stress management, low self-esteem, and major life transitions.

Additionally, Carolyn specializes in working with those struggling with chronic pain/chronic illness and is passionate about guiding them towards a place of acceptance and peace in order to promote physical and emotional well-being.
Carolyn strives to meet each client where they are at on their own journey. She provides a caring, empathetic, and nurturing environment in which clients feel comfortable and safe. Within this environment, clients are free to explore past and present issues impacting their current lives. Carolyn strongly believes in utilizing a strengths-based approach to empower clients to create the desired change they wish to see in their lives, all while maintaining balance and overall wellness.
