H.E.C. has an array of free seminars on a variety of mental wellness and coaching topics that we can provide for your community center, charity event, school or business. 
 

 We provide performance enhancement coaching for business owners, athletes, and entrepeneurs.  The cost is $150.00 per hour.  We also offer packages that can reduce cost per hour.
