About the Instructor

Daniel Lamontagne will help you explore the many aspects of meditation that create openings for healing. A graduate of Christian Brothers University, Daniel has completed the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Professional Training Program, under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn, at University Massachusetts Medical Center. Daniel has over 28 years teaching meditation classes. These classes will incorporate the work of Jon Kabat -Zinn on stress reduction as well as many other teachers, including Michael Singer and Jack Kornfield. Daniel has had the pleasure of studying with many meditation teachers over the years, and have developed handouts for each class with information on pertinent subjects, along with things to reflect on. (AND — we DO have fun!)
