“My goal is to help you learn more about yourself, how your emotions and thought processes effect your behavior, and how you can get the most out of your life. I believe it is important to stop and reflect. Use introspection as a tool to grow and improve yourself, but don’t allow your mind to use it as a weapon against you. In the words of Eckhart Tolle, ‘When used rightly, the mind is a great tool. Used wrongly; however, it creates dreadful affliction.’ The mind is the place where worry, fear, sadness, self-doubt, and all overthinking begin; yet, it’s also the place where you can choose to take a different perspective on your issues and discover self-love, hope, and inner peace. I’ve been where you are, and I know the powerful potential there is in therapy. If you put in the effort, I believe we can get to the other side together.”
