Counseling is a relationship between the client and counselor, working together to make positive changes to what may not be working in relationships and daily lives. The goal of this relationship is to assess the patterns of behavior and find better ways of interacting. I have more than eight years experience with couples, families, and individuals in the therapeutic setting.
As a counselor, I have worked with a variety of issues, such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship issues. I am passionate about working with couples and families who may be experiencing negative patterns of interaction to find alternative patterns of relating.
I believe each client deserves compassion and kindness. Each client has their own set of issues which I address in a safe and comfortable setting.
