Carlye is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee and Mississippi. She is also a National Certified Counselor, trained in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), and trained in Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM). Carlye is a graduate from Mississippi State University, where she obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has experience in addiction, dual diagnosis, and trauma. Her recent activities include entering private practice in Tennessee and Mississippi. Carlye has worked in residential treatment facilities and has engaged in volunteer work serving in outpatient clinics.
Carlye believes each individual comes with unique strengths and challenges. She strives to create an individualized treatment approach for each client. She works with individuals between the ages of 10 and 65. Areas of clinical focus include: Addictions, Trauma (PTSD), Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar disorder, self-esteem issues, and crisis management.
