Beth-Ann Arvia


Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor

Beth-Ann is a Licensed Professional Counselor and an EMDR trained therapist. She has experience working in a pediatric mental health setting with youth, teens and
families. Beth-Ann has supported littles through teens with anxiety, depression, social skills learning, family dynamics, grief and self-worth. She also has experience with
self-harm and attachment issues. She provides them with tools to help them cope and thrive on their own.
Beth-Ann enjoys working with young adults and adults. She strives to hold a supportive and open space for clients as they process life’s experiences. Whether coping with
daily life or working through traumatic events, she will work together with you on meeting your desired goals. She believes that the therapeutic relationship can truly foster
awareness and growth when the fit is right! She has experience working through trauma, self-worth, anxiety, depression, PTSD, family dynamics, attachment/childhood
issues, life changes, grief. She also works with women’s issues and understands 12-step programs and recovery.
Beth-Ann approaches therapy through an attachment-based, trauma-informed lens. She relies on a strength-based, non-judging approach to provide a sense of safety
whether you are seeking support or a nudge towards change. Her main modalities are: Mindfulness, EMDR, CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused.
